    Characteristics and Purposes
    Ø PEW-0252 is fine micronized wax, with very high hardness, good particle size, and concentrated particle size range, tidy molecular weight, easy to disperse, suitable for all kinds of inks, with the effects of smoothness, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, anti-sticking, anti-sticking and so on.
    Ø Application: Wood coating, industrial paint, reverse printing, surface printing, silk-screen printing, letterpress printing, gravure printing, and other fields.

    Contents and Methods of Use
    Ø In different systems, the additional amount of the wax powder is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
    Ø Usually by direct high-speed stirring, it can disperse in solvent-based coating and inks.
    Ø It can be added by using varieties of grinding machines, high-shear dispersing device, and grind mill. Should pay attention to the temperature control.
    Ø Can make wax slurry with the wax at 20-30%, add it into the systems when needed, by which the wax dispersion time can be saved.
