It has been designed and manufactured to mould fresh minced meat hamburger without bones in particular for products such as: -minced meat without bones -fish -mixture of fresh foodstuff The standard machine is used to mould hamburgers whose weight and height can be adjusted by means of suitable mechanic device. Upon request,the machine can be equipped with optional moulding rollers with different mould shape.
