Ciglomen sawmill, Arkhangelsk reg., Russia, would like to buy a dry log sorting line and debarking machine with following characteristics. 1 Raw material characteristics - saw log diameter, mm: maximum - 560 minimum - 100 - minimum length of saw log, meters - 2 2 Log sorting line - Number of pockets - 24 - Conveyor speed, m/min - 100 - Capacity, m3/y – 360 000 - Total length of a line, meters – not more than 120 3 Debarking machine (analogous VK-550) - 2 rotors, with removable rotor - Infeed speed, m/min - 90 - Debarking degree - 100 % 4 The work will be arranged in three shifts 5 Manufacturer – Finland or Sweden 6 Date of release of the equipment: new or used (1996-1997). Equipment after capital repair works will also suit. Admissible equipment wear – 25%. 7 Sorting line should be arranged together with debarking machine into technological line with infeed unit (hydromanipulator). We will consider all your offers.
