If we identify problems in your samples we will ask you to make better samples, then send the better samples to us. When your samples are finally accepted we will place our first order, with more orders to follow if your quality is excellent and if you deliver on time without fail. On-time delivery of excellent quality products is very important. We value suppliers who will produce our samples and accept small orders during the first year of our business cooperation. We will honor this support by re-ordering from these companies again and again. We are a long term business and we need suppliers who will manufacture our products for many years, not just once or twice. We will not agree to your demands of large orders until you have proven that you can successfully deliver small orders on time, and with the same consistently high quality we see in your approved samples.
