Huge Buy Order - Rough Diamonds

My client is interested in purchasing rough diamonds, every quantity, from around the world. The price level is $800USD per carat or lower. I will need copies of certain documents such as Safe Keeping Receipts, certificates, and manifests to prove that the stones exist and are available. If the diamonds are from Africa, we also need the seller to provide Kimberley process certificates. The easiest method for my clients is to buy stones which are in the western hemisphere (Europe-North America).
