looking for 60,000 pouches bags per year

we are looking for a Chinese plant that can provide us the following product: 30,000 pouches each ,total of 60,000 pouches bags per year .this will be an ongoing contract for many years . the major ingredient is 2-octy-1-dodecanol it makes up about 99% 2-octy1-1-dodecanol and then seal the mixture in flexible pouches .the total volume of mixture will be 60ml
