My client is ready to buy 2000 DZ (minimum) of silk printed ties for this spring sale.The whole purchasing order will be 10000DZ if everything is OK.I need the factory who has experience with Wal-Mart. If they have Wal-Mart certificate, that will be a plus. Currently, I need samples for Wal-Mart program. We need to provide whatever we are good in first to show buyers our strengths. It called "big picture" stage. Then buyers will add their colors and some changes, then we provide our samples as per their requirement to let them confirm.
