Buy Pens, Need Standard Pricelist

I am searching for a China manufacturer of quality promotional style pens both plastic and metal to develop an ongoing relationship with. I do not have one specific pen I am after, I am more interested in a factory who can provide me with a standard pricelist for their pens, listing pricing for example 5000,10000,30000,50000 units for each plastic pen, and starting from 3000 for metal pens. Also listing print costs per colour for each pen to print my customers logos. The reason I need a standard pricelist is so I can show a range of pens to my clients for them to choose from, without having to request quotes on every pen each time. Most clients when they can see a range from me already priced up with choose a pen will purchase, but if they have to wait for me to get many quotes each time they are not interested. Price is one consideration, however quality, is the most important thing. Only factories with pens with good lasting ink need contact.
