We search for a direct seller or seller agent who works for the seller's side only . He has to get his provision entirely from seller's side. Wie do not search for a facilitator or somebody who wants to get his provision from buyer's side only. AND we do not want to see any facilitators added to duly completed SPAs on the buyer's side. You should be able to cooperate directly and contemporary but without deadlines. Flexibility is pretty much welcome. Procedures in contracts with larger amounts and long terms must be negotiable. If you are serious direct seller or seller agent in the position to accept SPAs from one of our customers and able to provide cash deposits, we are very interested to work together with you.
