Currently, we are having high need for the following fishes: 1) boon tiong or papan fish (carangidae -alepes) 2) selar or scad (carangidae - melanoptera) 3) black pomfret (formio niger) 4) ang ko li or sea bream (nemipterus) 5) gao fish or flower grouper (epinephelus) 6) white fish or kuweh trevally (atropus) 7) kunning or yellow banded scad (selaroides leptolepis) 8) yellow snapper - above products to be gutted, IQF, scale-less and boxed 10kg/carton. - sizes required are 8 to 10pcs per KG. - fish must still be firm, no change in colour and must not have smell.
