No quantity limit. 2,I f you can't provide the EPA permit - then offer me a FOB price -in this case, quantity must be more than 200MT for each one shipment.Partial shipment will not allowed. 3, We can support the" Irrevocable, transferable, 100% confirmed L/C at sight" payment terms. And, or 100% T/T after receipt of the B/L and SGS(Alfredknight) inspection report copy via FAX or Email.
