Doubling its size again for 2009! 700* exhibitors will unveil their latest products

GIFTEX (4th International Variety-Gift Expo Tokyo) is completely driving away the mood created by the recession with the high expectations from the industry worldwide making the show to double the size again for 2009.
This year, it will be held from July 8 (Wed) – 10 (Fri) at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan. The Show Management is expecting to welcome 700 exhibitors throughout Japan and from around the world, unveiling the latest and innovative products to 80,000 professional buyers. DESIGN TOKYO (Design Accents Expo Tokyo) and newly launching Baby & Kids World, which is Japan’s first extensive trade fair for baby items, kids items, puzzles and games, and maternity goods, also provides the positive spices to GIFTEX. With these two concurrent shows, GIFTEX is the perfect place to conduct on-site business and to search for various kinds of stylish gifts around world.
At the previous show, almost all the exhibitors rated GIFTEX positive. “We achieved 1 million JPY only buy selling sample products. Also, we received numbers of orders on-site and after. We are expecting more than 7 million JPY orders at the end. GIFTEX is the must participate event as we can meet various buyers and have concrete businesses!” says COCOLUCK CO., LTD. Visitors were also fulfilled by the show. “We visit the show every year to search for the new businesses. We ordered 10 million JPY mainly for textile and interior products. Each shop is selecting the original products expecting to be ordering 50 million JPY at the end” says PLAZASTYLE CORP.
With such high expectations for this year’s show, the space for GIFTEX 2009 is nearly sold out. However, Show Management is still accepting limited space applications.
