The future production will be exported to the U.S.A. under CAFTA treaty benefits. The following services are included in the selling price. Purchase price: US$ 4928.—p/hectare or US$ 1994 .—per acre or EURO 3865.—p/hectares - We guarantee the title deed through insurance with Steward Title. - We will establish an appraisal through Steward Title. - We establish business plan and feasibility study including marketing study. - We will assist the client to organically production through Fibl, ch. Switzerland. - We will establish a family package for residence permit in the country. - We will assist the family adaptation, orientation and integration in the country. - We will assist the client to prepare his export market. (export license) - We will assist the client up to the first exportation of the production. - We will form for the client an Offshore Company and registered the Company in Dominican Republic. - We will open a foreign and local account for the company. - Purchase taxes included. - Legal cost included. - With 50% down payment, we finance the purchase up to 12 months without interest.
