Note that before we put you on the phone with one of our sources to discuss your project (and terms) with you, you will be required to sign an NCND (non circumvent, non disclosure and confidentiality statement) and a fee agreement that specifically states that FDP Financial Solutions will be paid at closing, for our services. 3. If you are looking at selling your note, our source will require the same. 4. Remember that FDP Financial Solutions' services does not get paid, unless we help you obtain the funding you are requesting for your project or we help you to sell your note. We will put your project or note in front of a maximum of three (3) of our sources (one at a time), that have an interest in your project or note, to try to obtain funding for your project or sell your note. If for some reason, we cannot find funding for your project or sell your note using our current sources, we will do our best to obtain the information you will need to make your project "funding ready" or your note "sell ready" (free of charge) so, that you can come back to us at a later time, for possible funding or to sell your note.
