This large caliber (300-3,500mm) PVC pipe can be used in municipal infrastructure, e.g. sewer, agricultural irrigation, building, road culvert, channel, telecommunication network pipe, etc. It can be made with small equipment at site. It has higher impact resistance. Using water-based adhesive melting and welding both ends of the material planks to form strong joints preventing water leakage. Its light weight facilitates transportation and site construction, saving installation costs. Its excellent flexibility can easily conform to the contours of the pipe canals and overcoming obstructions during installation. The High-density PVC pipes have life spans up to 50 years. Its smooth inner surface helps to reduce the energy loss due to friction and prevent accumulation of sediments. The pipe system has been tested by health authorities and approved for use. Sand blasting test has proved that the pipes have four times greater resistance than that of the steel pipes.
