PROCESSING The whole tire→→　break the whole into rubber fragments(50x50mm)→→　rub and cut the fragments twice to turn them into smaller fragments(10x10),separate iron materials and cord fabric pieces from rubbers→→　get rid of iron for the first time→→　crush the fragments, riddle them, get rid of the fibre, the fragments turn into rubber powder(1-3mm)→→　get rid of iron and fabric pieces again and grade the powder→→　the large granularity powder enters the storehouse→→　pulverizs the powder(40-200 mesh)→→　classifier→→　production Main Technical Paremeter ●Annual handing ability: 3000-50000 tons ●Materials being handled: worn-out tyres (diameter less than 1.2meters) ●Granularity of finished products: 40-200 mesh, 90% of which is 80 mesh minus ●Power consumption; less than 560 kw/h
