(1) 3A Molecular Sieve Usually the pyrolysis gas contains 400 to 700 PPm moisture that will be frozen in cryogenic separation, and at a high pressure and low temperature, the white crystal of hydrocarbon mixture will be generated from water and low carbon paraffin hydrocarbon (e.g. CH4, C2H6 and C3H8, etc.).In addition, the crystal of ice and hydrocarbon mixture will also lead to the blocking of pipeline or equipment, resulting in the shutoff of the system. In such a case, the petroleum pyrolysis gas must be deeply dehydrated and dried prior to the cryogenic separation so that the moisture in pyrolysis gas could be reduced to less than 5 PPm (i.e. its dew point is lower than TMP -60 ). Now, the best deep drying adsorbent that is commonly used and generally recognized at home and abroad is 3A zeolite molecular sieve. Since it adsorbs only the moisture present in pyrolysis gas and not the larger hydrocarbon molecules (e.g. C2H6, C2H4,C3H8 and C3H6 etc.),it can prevent the coking of olefin compound within the pore canal of molecular sieve and prolong the service life of adsorbent. Typical applications: 1) Dehydration of many kinds of liquids (say ethanol). 2) Dehydration of air. 3) Dehydration of refrigerant. 4) Dehydration of natural gas or methane. 5) Dehydration of cracked gas, ethylene, propylene or butadiene. (2)4A Molecular Sieve The pore size for 4A molecular sieve is 4A.It is mainly used to adsorb water, methanol, ethanol, sulfureted hydrogen,carbon dioxide, ethylene, propylene,does not adsorb any larger molecular than 4A,and offen used as desiccant in industrials. Typical applications: 1) Deep drying of air, natural gas, alkane and refrigerant. 2) Generation and purification of argon. 3) Static dehydration of electronic element, pharmaceutical and unstable materials. 4)Desiccant for paint, dope and foul etc. (3)5A molecular sieve is a kind of alkali aluminosilicate, able to adsorb molecules with their critical diameters no more than 5A. It is mainly used in air separation for o2 production to adsorb h2o, co2 and acetylene in the air, or used in the drying and sulfur removal of gases and liquids, or in psa plant for h2-n2 and ch4 separation to purify h2, or in o2-rich plant for n2-o2 separation, or in oil dewaxing plant to separate n-alkanes. (4)Refrigerant desiccant:The life span of freezer system is mainly determined by the refrigerant leakage time, this was caused by harmful substances produced from trace moisture and refrigerant reaction. Molecular sieve is the most Powerful product to removal trace water. Our molecular sieve are designed to protect the refrigerant dew point in a much professional way. The technical explanation for refrigerant molecular sieve: 1)The molecular sieve should adsorb noting except water. 2)The molecular sieve should not react with of effect the stability of refrigerant. 3)Require very low dew point control. 4)Require very low low abrasion So refrigerant need specialized molecular sieve desiccant, our molecular sieve XH-7 is suitable for some very stable refrigerant such as R-134, and the type XH-9 can suit for any refrigerant. Application: Refrigerant desiccant can be used in all kind of freezers, air conditioners and some other heating exchangers. (5)This insulating glass desiccant can deeply co-adsorb the resident moisture and organics in Insulating Glass, keep the IG clear and transparent even at very low temperature. More important, it can successfully avoid the tremendous air pressure unbalancely placed on the galsses, which was superposed by seasons of day-night temperature changing and the ensuing air desorption and adsorption function of common IG desiccant. Thus it resolves the problems of windows distortion caused by IG inflation and shrink, expanded the life span of IG windows. Attention: Do not unpack the goods until using, avoid of exposure in air for a long time.Should be stuffed as rapid as possible at filling. (6)The pore size for 13X molecular sieve is about 10A.It can adsorb any molecular smaller than 10A, mainly used as catalyze carrier,coadsorption of CO2 and H2O ,H2O and H2S,as desiccant for medical and air compressor systems, and can also be adjusted to fit other various applications. Typical applications: 1)Purification and removal of H2O and CO2. 2)Dehydration and desulfuration of nature gas, liquid petrol gas and liquid alkane. 3) deep dry of common gases. (7)Type 13 ACS molecular sieve is specially designed to co-adsorb CO2 and H2O for air cryo-separation industry. It has larger capacity and faster adsorption speed for removal of CO2 and H2O to prevent the bed gelation, it is suitable for any air cryo-separation plants of any sizes and any types in the world. Application:Removal of H2O from air for air cryo-separation application.
