Characteristics:
1, Temperature range: Best operational temperature 90  at least, quick liquefaction in 95-97 , stay active in 100 , for injection liquefaction, transition temperature can be 105-110 .
2, PH range: Effective PH range 5.5-8.0, Optimum PH range 6.0-6.5.
3, Calcium ion affects the active stability of enzyme: It is not sensitive to Ca2, about 50-70ppm of Ca2is good enough.

Properties:
1, Specifications: According to its activity, there are 3 types:10000, 20000, 30000u/ml. It is liquid, 25kg/drum, or following your demand.
2, The definition of enzyme activity:In 70, PH6.0 for 1 minute, the enzyme quantity that can turn 1mg soluble starch into dextrin is one enzyme activity unit.
3, Standard: QB/T2306-97.

Uses:
1, Beer: About 0.3L/1 ton of materials(20,000 u/ml).
2, Alcohol: About 0.3L/1 ton of material(20,000 u/ml), PH6.5-7.0
3, starch sugar andmonosodium glutamate:PH:6.0-6.5, About 0.6L/1 ton of material(20,000 u/ml).
