2, The definition of enzyme activity:1g enzyme powder or 1ml enzyme liquid in 40  , PH4.6 for 1 hour, the enzyme quantity that can turn soluble starch into 1mg glucose is one enzyme activity unit.

Uses:
1, Alcohol Industry : 120-200 u/1g of material
2, Starch sugar Industry : 100-300 u/1g of material.
3, Beer Industry :add it before Fermentation, it can improve the sugar degree of dry beer
4, Fermentation Industry : It can be used in white spirit, millet wine, or used in the edible vinegar Industry.
5, Other Industry :For MSG, Antibiotic and citric acid, 100-300 u/1g of material.
