Scope of application:
This series product is mainly used in opaque PVC, such as profiles, pipes, plates and cables.
Functions & properties:
This series product is produced by the method of super-gravity. For the feature of nano material, special surface processing paste and technology specially for PVC are adopted, so the nano material will be well dispersed in common mixer, enhances the interface combination of nano particle and base resin. This series product not only can increase tenacity and intensity of products, but also can partially replace resin to lower cost. This series product can be widely used, better in processing rheologic, meanwhile processing doesnt need much change, the products have attractive bright or soft clolr. P200-RL The profile will get high welding angle intensity.
Referenced usage:
Put this product, resin and other additive into high speed compounding machine till the temperature reach 115-125oC, Cool the liquid to 40-45oC for discharge, extrude after a short duration.

Storage:
Store in dry and ventilate place.
