PRODUCT  Two component polyester putty to fill big dents and surface irregularities of car body

PROPERTIES

Putty Of A-PLUS ,  Filling Paste, Easy To Apply,Elastic And Easy To Sand. 

Suitable substrates & Surface preparation:

Steel surface - Old paint surfaces- Treated pampers with its primer- primed surfaces

Mixing ratio (by weight):

100 parts (by weight) of putty
2-3 parts (by weight) of hardener

Recommended sand paper Grades:

For Dry Coarse Sand P80 - P120 ,Fine Sand P180 - P240

For Wet Coarse Sand P80 – 120,  Fine Sand P 180-P320

Pot life:

4-5 minutes at 20°C After mixed

Color:

Grey - Red - White – Yellow

Drying times:

Dry to flat    20°C.      20 min                                         
                     40°C.      10 min

Shelf life:

Putty 1 year (at 20°C)

Hardener 1 Year (at 20°C)

Recoatable with:

All paint types

Cleaning of equipment:

Nitrocellulose thinner IS suitable
