Vinyl chloride monomer, initiating agent, water and other chemicals get into reaction in the polymerizer to produce PVC slurry, remove most monomers by stripping tower, and then remove moisture by settling centrifuge, put filter cake into heater and dryer, the dried resin should be removed particles larger than 350 μm by mesh screen, then can be sent to pack.
