Samurai Sword---osakura

Our main product ’Osakura’ Katana is individually hand-forged from folded steel using a process that matches ancient Japanese techniques. The steel is a high-grade, high-carbon steel used by Japan’s top sword makers. The blade is differentially tempered to produce an HRC60 edge, HRC40 back and a distinctive hamon. We use fittings, tsukaito and sageo imported from Kyoto Japan. You can compare this Osakura with high price-folded sword from other forge.
