HYV. 1st harvest 45 days from sowing, virus free, yellow. Cultivation - row 3 feet wide, row-to-row 1-feet gap. Pit length, breadth, and depth 6 inches. Pit to pit 1 foot distance both ways. Sow 2 seeds per pit 1 feet gap both ways.Fertilizer- mix compost or cow dung 50gm,TSP 3.48gm,MOP 1.16gm, urea 1.16gm, oil cake 3.48gm gypsum 1.04gm, Zinc sulphet 0.13gm and granular pesticide 0.38gm per pit. Sow seeds after seven days applying above mentioning fertilizers.Nursing – mix liquid fertilizer 5ml, pesticide sypermathin 1ml, and fungicide mankogeb with matalaxil 1gm. Mix all with 5-liter water then spray every 10 days interval. Top dressing- mix TSP 0.99 gm, MOP 0.61 gm and urea 0.61 gm and granular pesticide 0.38gm. Apply this mixture over the seedbed every 21 days interval. We are cultivating in this process. Keep row/bed 6-9 inch high for rainy season.
