Bamboo veneer also can be named bamboo slice or bamboo tegument,which Is made from laminated bamboo material and then planed into slices.Its characters are high density,good toughness,non-distortion,durability and mothproof. Bamboo veneer can be a very comprehensive usages,it can be used as edge strip of the furniture and glued on the surface of multi-layer board or MDF to make it looks like a bamboo board.Also it can be used on the surface of the plywood to make it as a bamboo decorative board.If so,the material looks that it has got the bamboo’s grain and make more close to the nature. Our standard bamboo veneer have a cellulose fleece backing,which is bonded with a D3 water resistant glue.The cellulose backing can endure temperatures above 220 degrees Celsius.To press the backed bamboo veneer,Taohuajiang advises to carry out a glue test first,to determine the exact pressing time,temperature and pressure.
