1．Product Description TIONES TM 6012E is a water redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, using poly(vinyl alcohol) as a protective colloid. 2．Specifications Appearance free-flowing white powder MFFT 0~5°C Average particle size Approx. 80(μm) Moisture Moisture ＜ 2.0% Bulk Density 500 ± 100 g/L Redispersion（50% solid content）： pH value 7.0 ± 1.0 3．Application TIONES TM 6012E is a water redispersible polymer powder, which can be used universally to manufacture polymer-modified dry mixtures based on mineral binders such as cement, lime or gypsum. 4．Package 20kg/bag, 25kg/bag: multi-layer paper sack with polyethylene liners. 5．Storage TIONES TM 6012E must be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture penetration, packs which have been opened should be sealed again as soon as possible. On account of thermoplastic behavior of the redispersible powder, sacks must not be stacked higher than one pallet. TIONES TM 6012E storage times should not exceed 6 months from date of delivery。 6．Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection  Risk of explosion by static sparks or ignition sources.  Use only explosion-proof equipment.  Use with local exhaust ventilation.  Wear protective eyeglasses or chemical safety goggles. 7.
