SKID MOUNTED 500 BARREL/ DAY FRACTIONATION PLANT ================================================ International tender for the Supply and Installation of a new Skid Mounted 500 Barrel per day capacity Condensate Fractionation Plant on Turnkey Basis at Rashidpur Natural Gas fields in Bangladesh. Funding will be done by the Government of Bangladesh, under "Cash Foreign Exchange". There will be a pre-bid meeting on 30th April, 2001, Tender will be close on 6th June, 2001. Tender document will be on sale from 1st April, 2001. The customer is : SYLHET GAS FIELDS LIMITED (SGFL) a unit of Petrobangla (100% Government owned) which is a corporation under the Ministry of Energy & Natural Resources, Government of Bangladesh. We gathered from buyer SGFL following information relating to single -stage 2 envelope tender (Technical & Financial Proposals) to be financed out of cash foreign exchange . A. Technical Proposal : The summary of Technical scope of supply mentioned below : 1.0 Condensate Fractionation Plant The Plant will be skid mounted capable of producing two sulphur Free products,Petrol & Diesel fuel from 500 bpl feed of slightly merceptan sulphur coating condensate derived from natural gas. This will be a turnkey EPC project and the contractor shall provide materials & services necessary to establish a complete operating plant . 2.0 Product Storage Tanks & Pumps The Tanks are required one of 5000 bbl capacity for the storage of the motor spirit (petrol) and the other of 3000 bbl capacity for the storage of the diesel fuel product. The Tanks are to be molded steel construction with fixed cone roofs built to meet API standard 12D 2.2 Both Tanks are to be surrounded by boundary walls /bundles and supplied with pipe work to connect them with the Fractionation Plant and the existing loading bay facilities. 2.3 The Pumps for C/W motor for product transfer. 2.4 Necessary valves, fittings, straitness are to be provided. This will be a turnkey EPC project and the Contractor shall provide all materials & services to establish a complete and operating installation . 3.0 Fire Fighting Equipment : Fire Fighting System to be designed , procured and constructed by the Contractor Four hydrant point will be in with existing fire water mains alongwith : - 4 nos. Hose Box - Nozzle & coupling (for each by draft) -Stating Foam units capacity 200 gallons connected with two tanks. 4.0 Others : Four Intransically safe hand-held walkie-talkie radio sets complete with four battery chargers. 4.2 Equipments & Consumables to carry out Tests of Petroleum products. 5.0 Training : The contractor shall provide training as follows : On site ( i.e Rashidpur) hands on training for 08(eight) operators from SGFL Few other informations : a) A pre-bid meeting to be held at Rashidpur site on 30th April ,2001. You can send representative to attend. b) Prospective bidders ( who bought tender documents ) may visit site before or after pre-bid meeting c) A bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee favouring buyer for US$ 50,000.00 ( equvalent BDT 2,800,000) to be issued through local scheduled Bank to be submitted with Bid. The bid-bond validity should be 180 days from the date of opening. d) Performance guarantee (PG) has to be furnished by the successful bidder . After submission of PG, the Bid bond will be released. e) Certain advance payment will be made against guarantee . f ) The offer validity should be 150 days from the date of opening. B. Financial Proposal : A separate Financial proposal should be submitted containing : Fixed Price Lumpsum of USD & Fixed Price Lumpsum of BD Taka In the form of : a. Price breakdown b. Schedule of Rates c. Day-Work schedules d. Percentage breakdown of Fixed price lumpsum for certification. e. Cash Flow Forecast. Please let us know your interest in above tender.
