green tea extract

Green tea extract(also called tea polyphenols) is a natural antioxidant extracted from green tea leaves, it is widely used in the food ,comestic,chemicals,etc as an ideal replacement of BHA,BHT.It contains flavanols, flavanones, flavonols and their glycosides etc. Catechin that is one of flavanols among them is the most active component, made up 60-80% of total amount of polyphenols. Catechins consist of several single catechins including GECBDAL-CBECBEGCGBGCGBECG etc. with special molecular structure ,catechins is easy to oxidize, which leads to a good ability of anti-oxidizing.
