Inspection Service

Inspection Service Consumer Testing Division provides inspection service as clients’ requirements. Such service focuses on the product quality at different phases of production lifecycle. We perform the inspection standard based on internal WI or clients’ specification. Inspection service usually controls the product quality of pre-shipment. IPC (initial production check) A visual check on the quality of components, materials, and finished product at the commencement of production (at least 10% of order have been completed) against client’s specification and type sample. Durpo (During production check) A visual check on the quality of components, materials, and finished products when at least 30-50% of the order has been completed FRI (Final Random Inspection) A detailed inspection of samples selected at random to check whether the quality, quantity, and packaging conform to samples and specifications. This inspection is carried out when the total consignment is completed and at least 80% is export packed. L/S (Loading Supervision) Ensure that the goods checked at the FRI are those being shipped or conform to Purchase order or Packing Invoice. Containers are secured with SGS seals after loading.
