Our requirement of the initial US$101 Million loan against an Insurance Guarantee issued by PCI (Provident Capital Indemnity, Ltd.) rated AAAAA By Dun & Bradstreet for 12 years, has been met. $1.1 Million Finder's fee paid. This is only the beginning of a huge project in the South Pacific, French Territory, (with French government backing) involving the development of Roads and Highways, Housing Estates, Condominiums, Resort Hotels, a PGA Golf Course, a Marina and Telecommunications Infrastructure, running into Billions of dollars and decade plus of time.
