Delivery: The terms and conditions that would be effective while in transactions are as follows: 1> Mode of payment: Letter Of Credit (L/C). 2> Type of L/C: Confirmed, Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, L/C without recourses. 3> Payment Terms: 100% payment to be initiated against confirmed irrevocable non-transferable L/C payable at sight. 4> Beneficiary: GLOBAL EXIM INCORPORATION; 2/71, Dum Dum Road Kolkata-700074, W.B. / India. 5> Payment Negotiation: The L/C should be eligible for negotiation through the exporters bank, anywhere in the exporters country and should be encashable in the local currency of the exporters country, i.e. Indian Rupees. 6> Validity of L/C: From the date of acceptance of the original L/C by the exporter till the date at which the invoice value is fully encashed and remitted to the exporters account or the full payment is effected in favour of the exporter/supplier/beneficiary. 7> Tolerance Limit: 1% deviation in quality and 5% deviation in quantity and invoice value to be accepted. 8> Inspection: Pre-shipment inspection will be done either by buyers representatives at their own cost or by standard reputed inspection agencies, registered and affiliated with the Govt. of India at the expense of the exporter as recommended by the buyer or any inspection agencies of international repute. 9> Shipment of Goods: To be shipped within 30-45 days from the acceptance of L/C by the exporter. 10> Mode of Shipment: Transshipment may be done where felt necessary by the concerned shipping authorities or where it remains to be the only option for shipment of goods worldwide. Partial shipment will only be done after due consideration or consent from the buyer. 11> Freight & Insurance: The exporter will cover cost unless otherwise agreed upon between the two parties. 12> Any dispute arising, whatsoever, related to the transaction between the parties regarding the specific trade activities will be addressed to the Indian Council Of Arbitration, New Delhi whose verdict shall be binding upon on both the parties related to the same affair.
