ZD-PREPARATION STATIONS Zhongda has a complete range of Prep Stations are designed for satisfy the needs of virtually all body shop. The Prep station are designed for the remove all of dust from the work area. They are capable of exhausting filtered air to the outside or recycling filtered air back into the body shop environment. As with all Zhongda products, our Prep Station maintain a high level of safety and performance, together with top quality construction and materials. Zhongda Prep Station are available with the air handling unit mounted at either the end or the side. If unable to construct an in-ground pit, it is recommended the installation of semi downdraft unit which houses the paint stop filters in a lift-out frame, the filters can be easily changed in just minutes, or use metal basement with the paint stop filters installed in the raised floor. In-ground pit models have the paint stop filters installed in the pit. A full overhead plenum with fluorescent is standard on all models. Blower: Capacity up to 21600 m/h, centrifugal double inlet, single exit. Filters: Paint Arrestor: in the pit floor or raised floor of full downdraft model; or in the frame of air handling plant of semi downdraft model. Overhead Filters: CC600G-EU5 fine filters. Damper: Automatic damper to change from recirculation to vent Lighting: Fluorescent lighting fixtures come framed with clear tempered glass. Heating: High efficiency stainless indirect heat exchanger can be fired by either oil, natural gas or propane gas. Indirect Heat Burner: Italian Riello burner, heat capacity from 180,00 to 280,000Kcal/h. Installation: The overhead filter plenum is supported by steel post or hung from the building roof. In-ground pit models require the pit to be constructed according to Zhongda site preparation detailed plan sheets.
