The area is extremely quiet being approximately 3 miles off the main road from Russe to Varna . It is an area with low hills, a small river curving among them, several small and medium size lakes suitable for fishing, surfing or other water sports, nice forests – good for hunting of deer, wild boar, birds, or just walking and going for a picnic among the nature. A golf course will be constructed in the area in the next 2 – 3 years only 10 miles away from the village. The roads are accessible all year long and there are easy connections by bus and train towards Russe, Razgrad and other major cities in Bulgaria . There are the municipality, two shops, school and medical center. Two miles from the village is Tzar Kaloyan – nearest town with shops, police and other amenities. The property that we are offering is a house built in 1950. It is a two storey house built entirely by bricks. As most of the other houses in the area it has not been plastered from the outside. The main building is in very good condition, the roof is dry and stable. It provides 3 rooms downstairs (10 – 20 sq. m. each) and a passage. An inside staircase leads to the upper floor where another 3 rooms are. All rooms are partly furnished but will need some refreshment. A construction of an inside bathroom and WC is necessary as there is none at the moment. All in all this building offers 140 sq. m. living space (70 sq. m. each floor) Next to the main house there was an additional building with separate entrance.
