Bargain rural property ID 00254 Situated in a quiet and peaceful village surrounded by several small hills this marvelous and cheap property offers great potential as family or holiday house or just as a very good investment. The area is extremely quiet being approximately 3 miles off the main road from Russe to Varna . It is an area with low hills, a small river curving among them, several small and medium size lakes suitable for fishing, surfing or other water sports, nice forests – good for hunting of deer, wild boar, birds, or just walking and going for a picnic among the nature. A golf course will be constructed in the area in the next 2 – 3 years only 10 miles away from the village. The roads are accessible all year long and there are easy connections by bus and train towards Russe, Razgrad and other major cities in Bulgaria . It takes an hour (hour and a half max) to get to Varna airport and the sea coast. It is 15 minutes drive to Russe – a big administrative and trade center situated on the Danube river. The village is a medium size one with approximately 1000 people living there. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are about 20 other English speaking people that already own properties in the village and two or three of them are living permanently there. There are the municipality, two shops, school and medical center. Two miles from the village is Tzar Kaloyan – nearest town with shops, police and other amenities. The property that we are offering is a house built in 1950. It is a two storey house built entirely by bricks. As most of the other houses in the area it has not been plastered from the outside. The main building is in very good condition, the roof is dry and stable. It provides 3 rooms downstairs (10 – 20 sq. m. each) and a passage. An inside staircase leads to the upper floor where another 3 rooms are. All rooms are partly furnished but will need some refreshment. A construction of an inside bathroom and WC is necessary as there is none at the moment. All in all this building offers 140 sq. m. living space (70 sq. m. each floor) Next to the main house there was an additional building with separate entrance. It is approximately 25 sq. m. divided into two parts. The bigger was used as additional bedroom and the smaller was the bathroom of the property. Unfortunately the roof over this part has collapsed and needs to be repaired (500 – 600 GBP) On the other side of the main building there is another addition used as farm building.
