The wet granulators we produce can be used for the blending and granulation of powdery materials and are widely used in such industries as the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, the chemical industry and the light industry. The blending and granulating procedures of this granulation process are completed in the same vessel of the machine. Powdery materials in the stationary conic vessel remain in a semi-flowing and rolling state under the agitation by a blending paddle, and are thus thoroughly mixed. After the adhesives are poured in, the powdery materials turn moist and their shapes begin to change. The extruding, rubbing and kneading actions against the materials by the paddle and the inside wall of the vessel are increased and a kind of loose soft material is obtained. Under the effect of the granule shaping paddle the soft materials gradually change into fine granules with homogenous sizes. The instruction signals are pneumatically transmitted to the electrical cabinet in the non-explosion proof area and are controlled through a PLC, so this process is completely explosion proof.
