Sell ZX-A Lightening Admixture

Currently in cementing technology fly ash hollow microsphere are mostly used as lightening admixture for the manufacture of well-cementing low-density cement slurry. However due to the less availability of fly ash hollow microsphere, the production cost of well-cementing low-density cement slurry is climbing fast. ZX-A Lightening Admixture is a novel low-density and high strength lightening material specially developed for oil and gas well cementing.
ZX-A Lightening Admixture is compositionally formulated by ultra-light materials silicone and aluminum, with a well-arranged but not interlinked porous structure inside. Well-cementing ultra low-density cement slurry prepared with such lightening admixture demonstrates good fluidity, viscosity, lower water loss rate, and significantly improves the compressive strength, breaking strength, heat stability and durability of the solidified set cement. The cement slurry blended with cementing fine microsphere has a density of 1. 30~1. 45g/cm3. Its cementing performance is superior to fly ash hollow microsphere.

Properties:
1. Easy to pump: Since ZX-A Lightening Admixture has larger surface area, it is more active than the traditional fly ash hollow microsphere. With a lower water absorption rate, the cement slurry so prepared has better fluidity.
2. Heat resistant and durable: Composed with ultra light materials like silicone and aluminum, the set cement's stability at high temperature, especially when used for the sealing of high temperature gas well, is therefore significantly enhanced. At the same time, it can also prevent the strength weakening of the set cement as time goes by and improves the durability and permeation resistance of the set cement.

3. Low water loss rate: The carboxyl and hydroxyl water-soluble polymer contained in ZX-A Lightening Admixture can be absorbed at the surface of the cement particles, and forms an absorptive hydration formation. The bridge particles generated in such formation produce a network structure, which can bond more free water, seal the clearance among the cement particles, and reduce the fluid permeability of cement filter cake. Besides that, cement slurry added with such lightening admixture becomes thick and sticky, thus it is not easy to get dehydrated, which further lowers the water loss rate.
