Baoprof is a manufactured high-strength bead material, intended for primary use as a fracture proppant in stimulation of oil and gas wells. Generically, the product is a sintered bauxite.
Baoprof is carefully screened to provide a product very low in fines (surpasses SY/T5108-2006\'s proposed specification)and, because of its strength, less fines are developed during transportation and pumping.
Baoprof is produced in grades 12/20, 20/40, and 30/50. Other grades are available on special request.
APPLICATION
Baoprof is recommended for the fracturing of wells that exhibit closure stresses of greater than 7,500 psi.
It has proven successful in performance at closure stresses up to 12,000 psi.
PACKAGING
Baoprof series are normally packed in 1000kg or 1500kgs net export bulk bags.
Export unitizing such as palletization, shrinkwrapping, etc., is available on request.
