Product Description

World Health Organization (WHO) has listed the asthma caused by acarid allergy as the sixth serious health problem in the world. Thousands of tiny acarid lives in beds, pillows, beddings, decorative textile and carpets, they create a strong allergen and cause acute asthma, especially for children. Therefore, our company specially developed the anti-acarid antimicrobial used for textile.

Product Feature

The special anti-insect compound contained in the product may kill and prevent acarid. According to the test made by Verminosis Disease Prevention and Control Institute of CDC, the striking down ratio to acarid of textile treated by the product is 96.15% in 30 minutes, destroying ration is 98% and 100% in 48 hours. The lustrating ratio is 98.63% in 24 hours.

Pouring the product in antibacterial radical may prevent the breeding of various bacteria and epiphytes and cut off the food chain of acarids. It also has deodorization effect. The antibacterial ratio to staphylococcus aureus is over 99% according to the test.  

Adopt the updated micro capsule technique covered by natural macromolecule, good effect of slow-release and anti-acarid. 

Combining coupling agent, the anti-acarid antimicrobial may integrate on the fiber surface more firmly by physical and chemical method, and get good washing resistance.

Good security, LD₅₀≥13000/KG(white mice), no irritability to skin. 

Applicable for all kinds of natural and complex fibers, hardly affect physical indexes of textile such as handle and luster, etc. 

Method of Application

Use water to dilute the solution in proportion of 2-3%, and then treat textile by padding method. 

Drying temperature: 80-90 centigrade

Baking temperature: above 120 centigrade

Treatment methods like dipping method and spraying method may be used as well. 

Recommended usage: 2-3% of textile weight generally depending on the sort of textile to be treated
