SJ180/SJ170 plasitc recycle granulator is mainly suitable for the recycle of PP、PE、HIPS material . the granulating process including main machine and auxiliary machine to get the high quality of plastication and high producing capacity. 1.working procedure :

bucket feeding machine →force feeding →main extruder (exhaust) →hydraulic filter changer →auxiliary extruder →hydraulic filter changer→forming extruding ( die head) →cooling →cutting into granula →feeding(vacuum pump )→material storage
