Function:

      This products has good dissolvability with polyvinyl chloride(PVC), ethylene acetic acid vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer, besides, it can dissolvability with polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol butyral , nitro Cellulose, Butyl acetate fibers and Ethylcellulose. This product is Polyol benzoate, its dissolvability, mechanical, machining and tolerance of pollution are better than DOP, it is a newly plasticizer which is cheep in price and excellent in quality.

Usage and using method:

    This product is a plasticizer of PVC and Vinyl Acetate . Its machining temperature is low and plastination time is short, it can be used as the material of PVC, asbestos floor, plastic extrusion, non-filled film calendar, film calendar, printing film, leatherette, gas pipe, rubber stick, plastic cover cloth, foam sheet, template, pipe, foam, all kinds of shoe materials, binder of polyplastic acetate ethylene emulsion and cable granulator industrial. Plastic industrial’s years’ experiences have proved its plasticized efficiency is high, dissolvability is good and safety factor is great, the products made from it have good flexibility. According to different PVC products, under the condition of not to change the original formula and make sure not to affect the products’ quality, 788-new plasticizer can instead of 15-50% of DOP,DBP in the total amount, therefore, it can reduce the cost of product greatly, increase its competitiveness in the market.
