nitrocellulose chips

①Main physical and chemical characteristic

Nitrocellulose chips is small white flake ,soluble in organic solvent such as keton,ester,alcohol ester etc.with density 1.34g /m3 and explosion point 157℃. It is ready to combust on encountering fire, decomposed byheat and reacts with acid and alkali.

②appearance : small white flake ,no containing on visible foreign matters.

③various specifications based on viscosity of nitrocellulose

The product can be divided into three types depending on the nitrogen content of nitrocellulose used :

L: nitrogen content 10.8-11.3%

H:nitrogen content 11.5-12.2%

M: nitrogent content 11.3-11.8%

Packing:
1Nitrocellulose is packed in galvanized steel barrel (280 liters) lined with polythene film bag according to DOT-17H. Net weight is 90 -120kg for per barrel. Quantity for 40 feet container is 14. 4-19. 2ton.
2 Nitrocellulose may also be packed in composite fiber drum lined with polythene film bag. Net weight is 50kg per drum. Quantity for 20 feet container is 11. 25ton.
