BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO FEATURES
PTFE is no odor, no smell, no toxicity
and no combustion and has excellent thermal
stability and electric insulating property. These
properties are beyond compared by other synthetic
materials. So it is well known as "king
of plastic" . The mechanical strength of PTFE
is better. Its cold-flow property is bigger. Much
attention should be taken when select. Moreover,
the friction coefficiency of PTFE is very
low and its adhesive resistant and physiologic
noble are good.

USE
PTFE is wide used to electrical industry, aerospace industry,
electronics industry, meters and instruments industry and computer
industry, etc. PTFE can be used as coating for many substances
in the commodity industries such as stickproof coating of frying
pan and plate or rustproof coating of safeknife. Because PTFE
is no toxicity and physiologicnoble and anti-adhesive, it may be
used for treating many medical appliance in order to prevent from
pollution, and its articles and fibre clothes may be used for making
artificial organs and blood vessel, etc. The solid content of dispersion
concentrated liquid is about 60% and the content of non-ionic
surface-active agent in it is about 5%, and the other is water. The
dispersion concentrated liquid of PTFE can be used for dipping,
coatings and spinning.

PACKAGE, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
The dispersion concentrated liquid of PTFE should be packaged with iron-plastic complex drum. The label and
certificate of quality should be attached. On the label, the brand, batch No., weight should be marked. PTFE should
be stored in clean, cool and dry warehouse and should be prevented from mixing dust, moisture, etc. impurities. If the
dispersion concentrated liquid of PTFE is rest in a long time, it can take place sedimentation, demixing and even condensation.
Therefore, when store it in a long time, it should be shaken periodically in order to make it uniform. The suitable
temperature for storage is about 10~C. The transportation for this product is in accordance with the requirements
of nondangerous products. During the period of transportation, it should be avoided to suffer from heat, damp or violent
vibration.
