It normally takes 2-3 working days upon receipt of your signed documents.  If you are not in Hong Kong at the present moment, it is not a significant difference between a tailor made or ready made company since we can send the statutory documents to you for signing. It will take an additional 4-5 working days. A tailor-made company takes only 6-8 working days. So I suggest you to acquire a tailor made company instead of a ready made company, you can then have your own company name and sign less documents. We charge for preparing each Notarial Certificate. In case the notarised documents are required for apostille by the High Court of HKSAR or authentication by the relevant Consulate (depends on the requesting party), we charge for presenting the document for apostille / authentication exclusive of disbursements. It will take about 2 working days.
