·        Seller shall issue 2% Performance Bond after Seller confirms the fund

 

 

 

 

 

13. Transaction Procedure

 

 

1. Buyer sends valid ICPO with Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) to the seller (must)

 

 

>ICPO must be on Buyer's  letterhead

 

 

> ICPO must contain full and verifiable contact details of Buyer

 

 

> ICPO must be of current date and not older than 7 days

 

 

2. Seller sends Draft Contract on Seller's company letterhead duly signed and

 

 

sealed.

 

 

3. Buyer amends or accepts the terms and conditions of the Draft Contract and

 

 

returns to Seller.

 

 

4. Seller sends the duly signed and sealed contract with necessary amendments in

 

 

hard copy to Buyer.

 

 

5. Buyer duly signs and seals the Contract and return to Seller.

 

 

6. Delivery and shipment will commence as per the schedule in the contract.

 

 

 

 

Buyer is allowed to be present at the loading port at the time of inspection at his own cost.
