We can provide service for notarising and certifying documents for use outside of Hong Kong.

You will have to provide with us the original documents you mentioned together with the original Register of Members of the relevant Company for our perusal and certification. We shall therefore prepare a Notarial Certificate attaching therewith the true copies of the original documents, however, we do not responsible for the contents and authenticity of the original documents.

We charge for preparing each Notarial Certificate. In case the notarised documents are required for apostille by the High Court of HKSAR or authentication by the relevant Consulate (depends on the requesting party), we charge for presenting the document for apostille / authentication exclusive of disbursements. It will take about 2 working days.
