1) Don’t open secondary circuit when current available in primary.
2) Current transformer are produced as a singlephase.
3) Resistance of current transformer is very low, so the secondary winding of current transformer should be operated as a short-circuit, when required test operation. Otherwise, this causes high voltage and will be dangerous for person.
