Properties:

NX-530 is ultra-high molecular weight polymer with multi-layer structure. It can promote the processability and plasticization, improve hot-melt strength and viscoelasticity, and thus achieve good surface quality with uniform and dense foam structure of PVC products. It can dissolve in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone, can not dissolve in water and ethanol.

Application:

It is broadly used in all kinds of foam process, especially effective in PVC low  foam products, such as foam pipe, profiles, sheet and boards etc.

Recommended usage:6-12 shares for PVC sheet，3-8 shares for PVC pipe，6-8 shares for PVC profile。
