STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES ：

Model SD SDJ centrifuges are filter equipment with hermetic closure procedure task, intermittent operation and hanging bag off-sitedischarge, The material is fed into the drum from the top; under the action of the centrifugal force field,the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged out of the machine,while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum; after the machine is stopped, the liquid-block plate togerther with the filter bag is hoisted with the sling out of the machine and transferred to the designated discharge site. The centrifuge has such features as smooth start-up,adjustable separating factor, targe volume, high efficiency, easy & convenient operation, quick discharge, good safety, clean environment, low labor strength, etc.

Model SDJ centrifuge is a three-footed clean-type centrifuge desingned for meeting GMP specifications in the line of medicine and pharmacy as well as satisfying the requirements for food and hygiese.

Model SD SDJ centrifuge are allwith fully-open large hinged cover, quick-open-type hanging bag discharging, and have such features as motor's over-heat, overload & over-vurrent protection as well as other interlock protection.　

APPLICATIONS：

It is applicable to the separation of suspension containing solid-phase granules with the diameter greater than 0.01mm.and especially applicable to the filtering of toxic and flammable materials. It has found wide applications in such trades as chemical, pharmacy, food, light industry, ect. For example: gypsum, thiamine, mirabilite, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resins, food salt, sodium glutamate, food additives, starch sugar-making, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicide, insecticide, the dehydration of such mineral fines as copper, zine, aluminum, etc.

Material: The parts contacting the processing material may be made of stainless steel, carbon steel, with rubber liner, with plastic liner,o f titanium alloy, Hastelloy,etc.

Mode of Drive: Driven by ordinary motor, anti-explosion motor with clutch; driven by electromagnetic speed control motor; driven ordinary motor or anti-explosion motor or direct connecting anti-explosion motor with frequency converter, etc.

Type of Cover: Small hinged cover, large hinged cover, etc.

Mode of Braking: mechanical braking or electric braking.

Machine Base : With foundation or without foundation.
