Elionflame ASN Conc is used as an undurable flame retardant agent for cotton,mucilage glue,polyester wool. and it can be used with other auxiliary agent without repulsion.

Appearance: white solid

Chemical material: Nitrogen phosphorus compounds.

Solid content: 99±1%;

Specification and Usage:

1) burning of the treated texitile material is according to American standard of DOC-FF3-11(Vertical combustion) and FZ/TO1028-93(Horizontal combustion).

2)  simple processing method , easy for storage and deploy solution.

3)  it can be used with screening agent such as waterproof agent,softener,hardener and so no, without repulsion.

4)  after long-term storage,no frost,white or effect descend.

Proccessing method:

1)      padding method:(20% dilution)

Elionflame ASN-200    200-400mg/L

   Padding and rolling(rate of rolling liquid : 60-70%);

Drying (100-120℃).

2)      spray method

   Deploy the solution under attention,spray it to the texitle material, and than drying.

NOTES:

1)      the dosage should be adjusted with different kind of material, fiber and dye.

2)      Experiment is highly recommended before use with other agents.

3)      Suggestion: deploy it to 20% solution, wating for use.
