Elionproof FH-731P is a high quality fluorin waterproof and oilproof original solution. It has good effect on waterproof and oilproof capacity, besides good handle, discoloration and so on. Especially for terylene,polyester cotton, nylon ect.

Porperty:

       Appearance: white to light yellow emulsion

       Chemical material: fluorin polymers

       Ionicity: weak cation

       Ph: weak acid

Instruction:

1.      fabric processing

eliminate oil, alkali, soften agent and anion surfactant, which was left on pre treatment ,wash with clean water,before use the waterproof agent.

2.      polyster, cotton, nylon fabric

according to different kind of fabric,the dosage could be 10G/L—30G/L.

          rolling over agent depend on situation:

Dilution:

1.                    add FH-731P depend on customers’ need to agitator on room temperature, dilute with soft water, keep mixing round not too fast, add acetate or acid stability to regulate Ph value about 5.0-6.0, filtration and pakage.

Add other accessorial agent, please contact with our technic department.

Notice:

1.      keep it under 5—40degree centigrade, dark.

2.      cover after using, avoiding vaporating and mixing with some inpurity.

3.      avoid spraying to eyes,avoid touching skin, mucosa, avoid inhaling it’s steam even if it stimulate skin little.

4.      shelf time: 1 year.
