hh series Vibrating Feeder uses two Vibrating Motors as vibrating resource, and works in resonance region.Comparing with electro magnetic vibrating feeder and pendular feeder, it possesses advantages such as simple structure, ligh weight, low noises, reliable operation,high feeder efficiency and easy maintenance and so on. Installation and Maintenance

     series Vibrating Feeder is fixed in suspending model, but it can also be fixed on ground base.

    Suitable power for the two vibrating motor is 380V three-phase and 50HZ. Check bolts of every part before non-load running, check especially whether the footing bolts of the motor are tightened. Bolts of every part must be tightened once again after the vibrating motor working continuously for 4 hours, check 2-3 times every week. Examine in three aspects in non-loading running.First, note whether the feeder can work smoothly.Secondly ,measure the bearing temperature of vibrating motors, the most highest temperature should be not more than 75 degree. Thirdly, check the spinning directions of two vibrating motors, make sure they are reverse.
